trade union vision of britain

Nationalise energy; says Stalin-mer
and railways, and anything else you can find.
Government control is the way forward,
support the unions

back our nationalised nhs
"6,725,633
people currently waiting (Jun-22)"

back our nationalised teachers
"'One in five teenagers leaves school illiterate and innumerate despite two decades of education reform, research shows. More than 100,000 lack the basic skills needed to function in society.

"A study found there has been little or no change in the last 20 years in the proportion of youngsters rendered unemployable because they have such a poor grasp of words and numbers.

"About 17 per cent of 16 to 19-year-olds are functionally illiterate, according to the study led by Professor Greg Brooks from the University of Sheffield."

lefties out in force lying about 'the economy'

After taking two years holiday on the bubonic plague, are there really people who do not believe there will be long-term losses?

The middle classes are being over-paid.

The 'rich' merely invest money,
The unions just think about a bigger mortgage and more unearned 'earnings' (increased price of their house). This in a market for housing under extreme pressure from population growth created by millions of 'refugees'.

PM Liz Truss and chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng are acting rationally, so are the markets.

It is the poor that 'need' support/protection, not nurses and train 'drivers'.

excellent article on the vacuity of richie

"What does he mean by ‘I wasn’t allowed’? He is not a schoolboy. As Chancellor it was directly his remit, indeed it was his responsibility, to insist on the necessary cost-benefit analysis – and to resign if his advice was refused on a matter of such national importance and economic significance. He also recalls one meeting where he raised education: ‘[Sunak said] “I was very emotional about it. I was like: ‘Forget about the economy. Surely we can all agree that kids not being in school is a major nightmare’ or something like that. There was a big silence afterwards. It was the first time someone had said it. I was so furious”."

Note the old fogies who try to back Richie. They are the same coterie that allowed destructive Tony Bliar come into power.

The decisions were difficult for political reasons and predated the more benign omicron versions of Covid. Thus, the article does have a taint of the Captain Hindsight problems. This is a growing part of the ongoing rewrite of present and current history, and of slop politics.

it's our job to spread panic among the poorly educated, the less able, reptiles and fnl say
On watchng current UK news reporting

Water consumption
domestic - 140 litres per day, per person
agriculture and industry - 3000-5000 litres per day, per person
So personal usage is about 5% of commercial water usage.
It is therefore vital that you do not wash your car, or wash yourself too often!
It is also worth referring to world temperature changes in historic terms: past ice ages and interglacials

Meanwhile,
GDP has dropped in the second quarter of 2022 by 1/1000th per cent, that is 0.1%.
That means our plastics factory, which was producing 1000 bath ducks per week, has lost 1 duck each and every week!
The end of the world is surely upon us!!

UK population
1952 : 50 million
2022 : 67.5 million, this is a 35% increase.
We need more immigration.

Instructions to reptiles
Photograph grasslands and don't include trees, because the green trees contrast undermines panicmongering

Don't mention drip feed/irrigated agriculture and other resource conservation agricultural methods pioneered elsewhere.
Spain has 10s of hectares of greenhouse, while Israel has been greening the deserts.
One the other hand, Australia wastes on a heroic scale.

Look for solutions, not seek to panic those without power, education or intelligence.
“Let him [the abbot] so temper all things that the strong may have something to strive for and the weak have nothing to dismay them.”
Benedict of Nursia [Lat.], or Norcia [It.] (1090 – 20 August 1153)

"we hate tall poppies"

The minnows always hate the tall poppies.

Boris Johnson was very accurate when he referred to sledging (sledding) and the herd in flight.
Second raters always strive for weaklings they can pressure and manipulate.

Then you have the reptiles [reporters] who want to rule without the inconvenience of votes or achievements. These can currently also be seen in Sky's reporting of the Tour de France 2022, where the commentators prefer to praise the also rans than the current winning cyclist.

  1. Cutting down the tall poppies

Periander was, to begin with, milder than his father, but after he had held converse by messenger with Thrasybulus the tyrant of Miletus, he became much more bloodthirsty than Cypselus [his father].

He had sent a herald to Thrasybulus and inquired in what way he would best and most safely govern his city. Thrasybulus led the man who had come from Periander outside the town, and entered into a sown field. As he walked through the corn, continually asking why the messenger had come to him from Corinth, he kept cutting off all the tallest ears of wheat which he could see, and throwing them away, until he had destroyed the best and richest part of the crop.

Then, after passing through the place and speaking no word of counsel, he sent the herald away. When the herald returned to Corinth, Periander desired to hear what counsel he brought, but the man said that Thrasybulus had given him none. The herald added that it was a strange man to whom he had been sent, a madman and a destroyer of his own possessions, telling Periander what he had seen Thrasybulus do.

Periander, however, understood what had been done, and perceived that Thrasybulus had counselled him to slay those of his townsmen who were outstanding in influence or ability; with that he began to deal with his citizens in an evil manner. Whatever act of slaughter or banishment Cypselus had left undone, that Periander brought to accomplishment.

[Herodotus, with an English translation by A. D. Godley. Cambridge. Harvard University Press. 1920. The Histories, Book 5, 92-f]

  2.   Sledging is a cricketing term for deliberately insulting or verbally intimidating an opposing player.

fake news - comparing boris with may and socialist johnny

Theresa May was removed because she tried to stop Brexit.
Socialist Johnny Major was removed by the party because he was a socialist.

The attacks on Boris Johnson are because he is not part of the old fogey establishment,
and they don't like it up them!

There is no such animal as an intelligent socialist.

There are very few honourable reptiles.
